EC provides online health-related services by arranging for smartphone (video-telephone) medical consultations and secure web-based consultations with a licensed physician, arranging for electronic medical record storage by the physician, providing certain online health-related information, arranging for a prescription service by the physician and offering certain other related products, services, which may include health & wellness newsletters.

Subscription Terms:

• Automatic renewal: The subscription renews each month.
• Cancellation: Members may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No monthly refunds: “Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.”
• Payment authorization: Members authorize charges to their selected payment method for membership fees and applicable taxes.

Refund Policy:

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a new month begins, even if the service is not used. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

If you believe there has been an error, please let us know 15 days in advance of the next billing cycle so we can have time to research and resolve any issue brought forward.

As used in these Terms and Conditions, references to “EC” mean and include EC, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities. As used in these Terms and Conditions, “you” or “your” means you, your dependent(s), if any, and any other person accessing your EC account. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Site and, to the extent referenced, to your registration for, subscription to, and use of EC Services. EC SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL CARE BY EC. HOWEVER, SERVICES INCLUDE CRX FACILITATING BY A USER, OR MEMBER, TO ACCESS LICENSED PHYSICIANS THAT AGREE TO CONSULT WITH PATIENTS. ACCESS TO THESE HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS IS THROUGH AFFILIATES OF EC, THAT PROVIDE COMMUNICATIONS ACCESS TO PHYSICIANS, LICENSED IN THE STATE WHERE YOU, THE USER, ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED, AT THE TIME OF THE CONSULTATION. CRX ARRANGES FOR, AND FACILITATES, THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL CARE; HOWEVER, EC DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE.
